中科院廬山植物園 2021年科技崗位招聘公告（第三批）
中科院廬山植物園與江西省、中國(guó)科學(xué)院廬山植物園實(shí)行兩塊牌子、一個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的管理模式，江西省、中科院廬山植物園為事業(yè)法人機(jī)構(gòu)，成立于1934年，是我國(guó)第一座亞熱帶山地植物園，占地面積5000余畝。經(jīng)過(guò)幾代科學(xué)家和科技工作者的不懈努力，現(xiàn)已建成松柏區(qū)、杜鵑園、蕨苑、溫室區(qū)、巖石園、獼猴桃園等17個(gè)專類園區(qū)，遷地保育植物5000余種，其中珍稀瀕危植物157種，是我國(guó)植物學(xué)研究與生物多樣性保護(hù)的重要基地。中科院廬山植物園是中國(guó)科學(xué)院新成立的院級(jí)非法人單元，實(shí)行理事會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的主任負(fù)責(zé)制，主要定位為面向國(guó)家生態(tài)文明建設(shè)和江西省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重大科技需求，整合中國(guó)科學(xué)院及江西省創(chuàng)新資源，以人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和科研能力建設(shè)為抓手，聚焦亞高山植物資源，建設(shè)世界一流的綜合性亞高山植物園，為打造美麗中國(guó)“江西樣板”提供精品工程。
廬山植物園根據(jù)學(xué)科發(fā)展與國(guó)家需求，設(shè)置了以下4大研究中心：（1）資源植物研究中心；（2）湖泊與濕地研究中心；（3）生態(tài)與環(huán)境研究中心；（4）植物多樣性研究中心。4大研究中心下設(shè)16個(gè)研究組。
根據(jù)廬山植物園的發(fā)展需要，現(xiàn)有新成立研究組擬向國(guó)內(nèi)外公開(kāi)招聘相關(guān)專業(yè)科技人才，科技崗位人員招聘信息如下：
一、崗位應(yīng)聘基本條件
1.立志從事科學(xué)研究事業(yè)，工作踏實(shí)，誠(chéng)實(shí)正直，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)治學(xué)，能獨(dú)立開(kāi)展工作；
2.有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神與奉獻(xiàn)精神；
3.具有研究生學(xué)歷、博士學(xué)位。
4.研究員崗位應(yīng)具有5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)并以第一作者或通訊作者身份在SCI Top10%刊物上發(fā)表過(guò)高水平研究論文（一般應(yīng)在4篇及以上）、或取得過(guò)重大應(yīng)用性創(chuàng)新科技成果或主持多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目。副研究員崗位應(yīng)具有2年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)并以第一作者或者通訊作者身份在SCI收錄的國(guó)際期刊上公開(kāi)發(fā)表較高水平的研究論文（一般應(yīng)在2篇及以上）或主持省級(jí)及以上科研項(xiàng)目（一項(xiàng)及以上）。
5.身體健康。應(yīng)聘研究員的年齡一般不超過(guò)45周歲；應(yīng)聘副研究員的年齡一般不超過(guò)40周歲；應(yīng)聘助理研究員的年齡一般不超過(guò)35周歲。其中特別優(yōu)秀者可放寬。
二、招聘崗位與相關(guān)要求
招聘崗位：植物與微生物互作組組員
招聘人數(shù)及層次：博士研究生2名
專業(yè)：生物學(xué)
相關(guān)要求：
1.兩個(gè)崗位的基本要求是有生物學(xué)背景并對(duì)植物與微生物互作研究有強(qiáng)烈興趣，下面的要求不是必需但會(huì)優(yōu)先考慮。
2.有較強(qiáng)的中英文閱讀和寫作能力，發(fā)表過(guò)SCI論文，有海外經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
3.崗位一有生物化學(xué)，細(xì)胞生物學(xué)或微生物學(xué)研究背景，特別是植物信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)，植物抗病，植物共生或相關(guān)研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4.崗位二有生物信息學(xué)背景，具備高通量組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)，特別是代謝組或轉(zhuǎn)錄組分析，有一種高級(jí)編程語(yǔ)言經(jīng)驗(yàn)如R,Perl或Python.

Botanical Garden of Chinese Academy of Sciences
Lushan Botanical Garden of Chinese Academy of Sciences is worldwide seeking applications for its research positions of the garden.
Lushan Botanical Garden founded in 1934, a prestigious botanical institution of botanical research, plant conservation and science education in China. The garden is aiming to meet the major scientific and technological needs of constructing national ecological civilization and economic and social development of Jiangxi Province, currently through integrating the innovative resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Jiangxi Province. The garden is dedicated to study of subalpine plants and upgrade into a world-class and multidisciplinary subalpine botanical garden, and contributions to a "Jiangxi model" of beautiful China. The scientific research focuses include regional flora of Central and Eastern China, ex situ plant conservation, subalpine and forest ecology, evaluation and discovery of plant germplasm resources, lakes/wetland aquatic plant biology, etc.
Four Research Centers and 12 research groups are to be reorganized or established at Lushan Botanical Garden under policy and programs of newly established Lushan Botanical Garden of Chinese Academy of Sciences, integrated with exist Lushan Botanical Garden affiliated with Jiangxi Provincial and Chinese Academy of Sciences. We are now announcing research job positions available and we very pleased to invite applications worldwide.

Qualifications and/or Experience:
Group Member:
l Ph.D or Doctorate in Biology, Botany, Ecology, Horticulture or related field in plant sciences required.
l Must be able to manage a research group and conduct independent research project.
l An international recognized record of scientific publications (first author or corresponding author).
l Demonstrated ability in successful grant writing and research project management.
Remuneration Package
Salary is equivalent to that of the relevant position of Wuhan botanical garden, CAS, plus Jiangxi provincial Talent Program and Jiujiang Talent Program.
